Like a lot of people this election year, I am a voracious reader of the news from ALL perspectives…liberal, conservative, independent and everything in between. I choose to read as many different viewpoints as I can to make an informed decision and try and sort through all the noise. It can be very challenging, especially for someone who wants a Catholic perspective on what’s going on in our country and world.
I have found the CatholicVote website to be an excellent website for news and information. Even better, I now subscribe to the Catholic Vote daily newsletter “The Loop” and I really like it. It’s short, succinct and everything is reported through the Catholic lens, which I find helpful and you might as well.
Here are a few points of consideration:
• The Loop is a daily email of curated news. It ensures you are informed on politics, world news, Church news, and inspiring stories, all from a Catholic perspective
• Read the news in one minute.
• Start each day informed.
• All your news. One email.
• Your daily one minute news summary.
• The Loop is your reliable, accurate, one-stop-shop for keeping up with the news
• As we head into an election year, it is an amazingly useful resource for Catholics (and Christians) to sort through the chaos
