|A fabulous way to use all the cherry tomatoes from your garden!|
My garden is bursting with cherry tomatoes…and I mean bursting! So over the past week I have been looking for recipes to use the vast quantities of tomatoey goodness. I headed back to the magazine that gave me last weeks Tasty Tuesday entry and found this little gem. Anything that uses goat cheese is bound to become a family favorite we love it so.
This recipe is easy coming together in less than 30 minutes and it uses ingredients in season…BONUS! The shrimp were tender and the pasta held onto the light “dressing” beautifully. Then of course there was the light sprinkle of goat cheese…yummo!
It is the perfect summer weekday dish.
