“It’s important for moms to recognize that all the small successes in our days can add up to one big triumph. So on Thursday of each week, we do exactly that.”
I have learned a lot from the Pantry Challenge. Menu planning is a must. It has really shown me how little it takes to actually feed my family good hearty food. Simplicity is the name of the game.
Have had some great conversations with the 20 year old about life, love and the pursuit of happiness. It has been nice to see an adult peek it’s head out of the man boy shell. I must remember to be positive and encouraging even when I think the ideas are craziness. It’s his life, his dream.
Quiet alone time with hubby is a MUST. We have missed date night two weeks in a row but made up for lost time the other night by turning off everything electronic, making a hot cup of tea and talking like we used to do when dating. It was wonderful.
Blessings and Grace,
